Michelle started working as a commercial service assistant in February of 2013. She brings many years of experience of customer services skills along with a degree in visual communication. Michelle works directly for our Operations Manager and is responsible for answering phones, scheduling commercial estimators, dispatching, report writing and invoicing. She is a proud mother of a daughter who recently started college at West Virginia University.
